There were 18 readers including a guitar and song to Elvis poem. Everything was just lovely, the guest speaker came and read several poems and from his book.
I got to see many people that Anna Marie had helped with book signing, websites and of course the setting up with Barnes and Noble for Poets Alive to have their events at the store. The turn out of guest was wonderful. I got to share Anna Marie’s poems privately with several poets there since I wasn’t just ready to stand up and read. Next time. I can’t wait for the next event.
